As part of our participation in Community Foundations of Canada’s Communities for Climate Resilience learning cohort, the WindsorEssex Community Foundation (WECF) is exploring how climate change is affecting our region and the people who call it home.

Through community conversations, shared experiences, and local insights, we aim to better understand the challenges and opportunities climate change presents across Windsor-Essex. What we learn will help guide WECF’s climate action planning, inform our granting and policy priorities, and strengthen strategic partnerships throughout the community.

By engaging residents, organizations, and community leaders in this dialogue, we hope to support meaningful, locally driven solutions that build a more resilient and sustainable future for Windsor-Essex.
