WECF Invests $1.1 Million in Local Charities in 2025
The WindsorEssex Community Foundation (WECF) is proud to announce that in 2025, it has invested $1.1 million in grants to support charitable organizations across Windsor and Essex County. These funds, made possible by the generosity of our donors and community partners, will help local programs thrive and create lasting impact.
On November 4, 2025, WECF celebrated this milestone at its Annual Meeting and Grant Awards Ceremony at The Windsor Club. The event highlighted the dedication of our Board of Directors, staff, and community partners, welcomed new fund holders, and recognized this year’s Community Impact Grant recipients.
“The WindsorEssex Community Foundation is honored to support local organizations and the essential programs that make Windsor and Essex County a better place for all,” said Lisa Kolody, Executive Director of WECF. “Congratulations to all of our Community Impact Grant recipients! We look forward to seeing the positive, lasting change these projects will create in our community.”
