The Larry Welsh Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Larry Welsh, a beloved man who was known for his generosity, his quirky sense of humor and practical jokes, and his exceptional aptitude for numbers.  He was a very kind and genuine person who preferred to stay out of the limelight, but quietly helped the people around him. In an effort to honour his memory and continue his legacy of kindness, this scholarship has been created. The scholarship aims to provide opportunities for graduating students from Westview Freedom Academy, echoing Larry’s passion for learning and creating a lasting positive impact in the lives of deserving individuals.
